Refund policy

Soft chips credited from Telegram Stars are consumable digital goods for in-app play and cosmetics. They are not redeemable for cash.

If a Stars charge fails or Telegram reports a cancelled invoice, chips are not credited. If a completed charge is missing credits due to an app error, contact support with the purchase time and we will reconcile the ledger.

Table entry reserves (3× table stake) are returned when a hand is voided (for example host disconnect). Settled tables are final under the published rules.
